Hi, I'm Dee! I'm a psychotherapist whose practice is deeply rooted in the belief that true healing begins in a space of safety and trust. I strive to create a therapeutic environment where clients feel seen, heard, and supported. I desire to enable individuals to explore the complex layers of their current and future selves. 

My journey to becoming a psychotherapist was not a choice based on popularity, but a realization of my purpose that had long been part of me. This calling was present even before I set foot on Florida Atlantic University's campus for my clinical studies. I felt chosen for those who had not been reached. As the saying goes, 'To whom much is given, much is required' (Luke 12:48 KJV). I have been given a lot in life, both good and bad, and I am committed to pouring from a fresh cup even more into this world.

As a Brainspotting, ART, EMDR, AEDP(for attachment Trauma) therapist, my work is particularly focused on the profound impact of trauma, not just as an emotional or psychological experience but as a phenomenon that imprints on the body and ripples through family systems. My approach is holistic, recognizing that trauma can manifest in physical symptoms and disrupt relational dynamics across generations.
